Jumpframe is a monthly retainer, billed as a subscription, delivered async. This page spells out the service, how billing works, how to cancel, the refund rule, the acceptable-use guardrails, and the address that responds to every question.
A Jumpframe engagement is a monthly retainer: one operator, one AI-assisted production pipeline, and a fixed weekly deliverable shipped into the channel of your choice. Async means there are no required calls — the kickoff is a written brief, every cycle ships back a written report, and you reply when you can. That is the whole operating model; it is what makes the retainer affordable.
The scope of each tier is spelled out at sign-up and never widened mid-cycle. The three published tiers (Async, Solo, Founding) cover the work most service businesses need; an out-of-scope request is quoted as its own mini-scope before any work begins. The Kickoff milestone in week one is the deliverable we hold ourselves to — if it misses, the refund rule below applies.
Every paid retainer is billed as a monthly subscription through Stripe Connect. The first invoice is generated on the day the kickoff is scheduled. Each subsequent invoice is generated on the same date the next month, automatically, and receipts land in the billing email you gave at sign-up. The amount on the subscription is the amount you signed — no mid-cycle add-on, no surprise line items.
Cancellation is by email — send a single message to jumpframe@polsia.app and we stop the next invoice from generating. There is no per-cancellation fee, no exit interview, no clawback of work product — every draft, every asset, and every metric from the engagement is yours to keep, repurpose, or take elsewhere. We retain no rights and we do not reinvest the cancel notice into a retention-call script.
If we miss the kickoff milestone in week one — the 30-minute kickoff, the one-page content brief pulled live from your site, the three headline drafts, or the first-month content calendar — tell us within the first 14 days and we refund that month’s retainer in full. No judgment, no support ticket, no waiting on a dispute: write to the founder, the refund is approved the same day.
After week one you are paying for the work shipped: completed deliverables stay billed. If you cancel mid-month, the work for that month is yours and we do not claw it back; we simply do not deliver the next cycle. The refund rule and the cancellation rule never compose to a double-refund on the same month.
The engagements that work are the ones where the brief is honest and the source material is yours. Three rules keep the operating model clean:
The address that reads a billing question, an acceptable-use question, a privacy-rights request, and a casual "still thinking about it" email is the same one. Subject line determines the queue; one human reads all of it.
For everything else, the FAQ answers the most common questions about pricing, audits, and refunds.
Pricing questions, refund questions, audit questions — the FAQ answers the ones we get most. If yours is not there, the address on this page reads every message.
